Macadamia is a deliciously greasy, mildly creamy nut. Also known as Australian walnut, macadamia is a good source of unsaturated fatty acids, plant sterols, potassium, magnesium and iron. Macadamias contain fewer carbohydrates than other nuts and are therefore well suited to a low-carbohydrate diet.
We recommend that you soak the nuts for at least four hours in room temperature water before consuming as it makes them easier to digest and better absorbed in minerals and minerals.
