UMAMI SAUCE IS A DELICIOUS ALTERNATIVE TO SOY SAUCE
Umami Sauce is a fully gluten-free sauce made from coconut sugar and Guerande sea salt.
Coconut Amino has reaped fame and glory among health-conscious gourmets. And no wonder at all: Coconut amino contains 75% less salt than soy sauce, but it gives the dishes an insanely awesome, salty-sweet umami flavour. Use like soy sauce! Conjure up a delicious taste in sushi, marinades, salads and, of course, rice. The sauce does not taste like coconut. An ideal alternative to gluten- and soy-free diet.
Please note that coconut amino is live food and fermentation continues at room temperature. Therefore, it is a good idea to store the product in the refrigerator after opening
The products are manufactured at Foodin's Vaajakoski food factory, which is carbon neutral.
