You will need 200 g of pizza mixture; 300 g of quark /cottage cheese and 75 ml of oil.
1. In a bowl, mix 300 g of cottage cheese with 75 ml of oil.
2. Add the baking mixture to the resulting mass and knead for about 4 minutes.
3. Roll out the dough thinly and evenly with a greased rolling pin.
4. Place the selected pizza or cake ingredients on top, place in a preheated oven and bake in a 230 ° C oven for about 17 minutes. 

If you want crispy breads - sprinkle the resulting dough with seeds (sesame, pumpkin or sunflower seeds) and dry in the oven at 150 ° C for 45 minutes. Important: after about 10 minutes of baking, cut into equal-sized pieces.
